浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司提出了顶空-气相色谱法测定空气中甲醇的方法.选择顶空平衡温度和时间分别为75℃和60 min,顶空瓶中样品定容体积为2 mL,用5%Carbowax 20M Carbopack B色谱柱分离,火焰离子化检测器检测.甲醇的质量浓度在91.20 mg·L-1以内与其峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3s)为1.8 mg·L-1.在11.40,22.80,45.60 mg·L-1 3个浓度水平进行加标回收试验,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在2.6％～3.4％之间,方法解吸率在96.5％～98.2％之间.

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. proposed a headspace-gas chromatography method for the determination of methanol in the air. The headspace equilibrium temperature and time were selected to be 75℃ and 60 min, respectively, and the constant volume of the sample in the headspace bottle was 2 mL, separated by 5% Carbowax 20M Carbopack B chromatographic column, and detected by flame ionization detector. The mass concentration of methanol is within 91.20 mg·L-1 and its peak area is linear, and the detection limit (3s) is 1.8 mg· L-1. The standard recovery test was carried out at 3 concentration levels of 11.40, 22.80, 45.60 mg·L-1, the relative standard deviation of the measured value (n=6) was between 2.6% and 3.4%, and the method desorption rate was 96.5 %～98.2%.
